This is an ad for the sparkling water drink "perrier". This drink seems to be aimed at men and wome because it has a very attractive woman, that is appealing to both men and women. This ad appeals to the need to achieve. Though the women in the ad has blonde hair, a gold bikini, and a great body with her bikini melting and the slight showing of her lips that brings curiosity to her face,could be seen as the need for sex. But, by seeing the background, it could mean the need for achievement. The background is in the beach with the sun shining, which shows that it is very hot. Also, the unusual thing is that the radio, suglasses, camera and almost everything in the ad has all melted down. this shows that it is very hot and the woman in the ad must have a quench for thirst.
Everything that is under the sunlight is melting down, and almost all people want to drink something refreshing and cool when they are under the burning sun.
The funny thing is that all the things are melting down except for the perrier bottle. Also, the bottles are the only things that are in the shade, which means that perrier is cold and fresh ready for you. Additonally, the women has the perrier bottle close to her body which shows that th ad makers know that the woman's body will come into our sight first, but by seeing her body in sweat, the perrier is just the thing neeed in this situation.
In conclusion, the story in this perrier ad is that whenever it is hot and you have a crave to quench your thirst, choose perrier because it is a suitable drink in any situation that can refresh you!
